Food vendors are the soul of the Black Brilliance Expo’s flavor experience — serving up bold, authentic, and mouthwatering dishes that reflect the richness of African American culinary traditions and innovation.
Each approved food vendor will receive:
- One table and one chair
- Access to basic event amenities
- Electricity (available upon request and approval)
This tier is ideal for:
- Caterers and chefs specializing in soul food, fusion cuisine, or cultural dishes
- Beverage vendors offering juices, teas, or specialty drinks
Important Requirements: Food vendors must provide the following documentation:
- Valid South Carolina Temporary Food Service Permit
- Proof of Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) certification
- Food safety plan and handwashing setup
- Equipment list and waste disposal plan
- Business license or EIN (recommended)
